The fever is gone but she is still a cranky mess. She woke up more times than I could count last night & was up for good at 5AM. Poor gums:(

Daddy is joining us today at Grandma's. He is taking Amtrak from Jack London Square to Sacramento for the 1st time. I think he'll love it!

Baby has a fever of 102.2 - she is on the end of a cold so I think it might be molars. Alternating between Tylenol/Motrin & lots of sleep :(

Going to the Post Office, Bank & Store in a small CA town today was a bit frustrating. Not like running errands in a city at all. S-L-O-W...

Had one of the best conversations with Lawrence in a long time. What started as annoyance ended with understanding. Whoa, I needed that! :)

Weekend plans moved to Grandma's house. Not the cabin but it will do. Still get time with the nieces & we have two additional bathrooms! ;)

Staying up until the end of Lost last night made me hope for a later wake up call. Hazel has been waking up at 5:30AM. Lucky 6:15 this AM :)

Feeling extra down about the state of affairs in education funding today. :(

Today Hazel was obsessed with the balloon that she got from Daycare yesterday. She kept saying: ball, ball! It was so cute! :)

Another work day where I will try to be 2 places at once. These days make me extra tired! Too many things going on at the same time. :(

She slept in until 7:30AM this morning! Not a peep. I have gone from Mama to Meme - perhaps a transition to Mommy soon? She's such a cutie!

Had a great time at Samantha and Emily's party this afternoon. Wish we could have stayed longer but Hazel's bedtime beckoned. Hazel had fun!

Went on a walk yesterday and tripped on a tree root. Now I have a fat ankle that really hurts. I haven't done this in a long time - OUCH! :(

She slept in and is going to daycare today so mommy can work at home and get some serious stuff done! It is going to be a great day! :) TGIF

It is Wed. but it feels like Thurs. (at least). This has been a long week already! Bakesale Betty salad = YUM/chicken sandwich sans bread :)

Having a wonderful Monday at home inside with my toddler watching the rain come down. I love working 80% time! Playing, singing, reading...
