Went to bed with HALF an Ambien last night and that sure did the trick. No foggy hangover this morning! Slept right through the night. Yay!

WHAT? sensory symptoms can linger for a few months or w/ postherpetic neuralgia can last for months or years after the shingles rash clears.

Through my Shingles-induced sleep-deprivation I am either having an emotional breakdown or breakthrough. I pray for the latter... :(

It's 5AM & I can't sleep! Awake for at least 2 hours & I have a VERY busy week ahead, not to mention my training running for upcoming half.
